Heya! Fellas
Hope you all are doing great.
This is my first health blog and I am super excited talking about it.
But before I begin, I would like to put this out straight that I’m not a doctor, expert, nutritionist or any kind of therapist. I am a normal person who tries and takes care of my health like any other person. Follow natural and home remedies taught by my grandma or grandpa and off course mom & dad. Incorporate little little things from Ayurveda to take care of my skin, hair and overall health. Here in this health section of my website, I will share my views on small topics. It will be a random blog on various aspects of healthy living.
Lets talk about summers & workouts and keeping yourself hydrated. Yes! we all know that Summer is here before we could think about it and the heat is already making us dry & dehydrated. We all know that to maintain a “Good Health”, exercise is the most important thing along with proper nutrition and diet. We all know it but some how we are not able to take care of little things which will take us far in regards to our health.
When we workout specially in summers which put more stress on our body, as the heat leaves less blood to muscles which is responsible to increase our heart rate & which can be an issue for serious illness. To avoid that situation we need to take proper nutrition and hydrate our body. I am repeating it again please do hydrate your body quite often.
Few Basics things which we need to follow and ways to keep yourself hydrated =
# Avoid processed Foods, Sugar, Fats and Saturated Fat.
# Coconut Water (goodness of antioxidants, contains high level of electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium.
# Beers (Yes! you heard it right. Beer, like any other sports drink, contain carbs & electrolytes. Studies have proved that beer doesn’t have negative effects on hydration. On the contrary, people who consume beer moderately tend to be more active. Beer helps in many ways such as strengthening bones, thinning blood, reducing heart diseases etc.
# Consume more Lean Protein.
# Consume more Fruits and Vegetables
